<p>The Estonian Economy and Monetary Policy is an Eesti Pank review released four times a year that summarises the main recent events in the global and Estonian economies. Twice a year, in June and December, the review also contains a full forecast for the Estonian economy, while in March and September a brief forecast update is included.</p>

<p>The labour market review by experts from Eesti Pank covers developments in the supply and demand of labour in Estonia, and the cost of it in wages. The central bank observes the labour market for two reasons. Firstly, labour is an important production input, as a change in the supply or activity of labour can directly affect potential growth. Secondly, events in the labour market can have a major impact on inflation.</p>

<p>The Estonian Competitiveness Report by experts from Eesti Pank is published once a year. The report covers Estonian competitiveness in international comparison, the factors that affect competitiveness, and changes in those factors in recent years. Competitiveness is assessed in various ways, using the results of comparative tables put together by international organisations and think tanks, and analysing the exporting capacity of Estonian companies and the factors that affect it.</p>
