Administration supports the core functions of Eesti Pank by providing records and archive management services, human resources services, legal services, and language and design services, and it manages the operation of the Eesti Pank museum.

The Head of Administration is Kadi Kapral and the department has 27 other employees beside her.

Administration has four divisions:

	<li>Records Management Services, which is headed by Pille Vestung.</li>
	<li>Language and design services, which is managed by Villu Känd.</li>
	<li>Human Resources and Staff Development Services, which is led by Riina Padar-Leppiman.</li>
	<li>Legal Services, which is headed by Marek Feldman.</li>
